Senior Analyst, IS Business Support - Onsite

Pay Rate: $54.84/hr.

Start/End Date: 10/5/26 - 10/5/27

Location: Redmond, WA

Hybrid (3 onsite, 2 remote)

Job Description:

Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Note: May be internal or external, client focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include companywide, web-enabled solutions.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making

evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience.

This position will be supporting the Redmond Manufacturing Team, in maintaining/troubleshooting our SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) computer systems. In addition, they will work cross-functionally with IT teams to perform UAT testing, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.

Manufacturing experience on the operations side, along with quality management systems experience in a regulated industry.

Must Have Experience:

Experience with running IT computer system User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

SAP skills, and experience looking up Production BOM, Production workorders, and supporting computer systems to troubleshoot data setup, configuration that is preventing orders from flowing through the system.

Experience working with on-site manufacturing teams

Experience in a regulated manufacturing industry with a quality management system experience

Nice to Have Experience:

Working with cross functional teams in different time zones to review/debugging technical or process issues and provide coordination/tracking for resolving issues

Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment under a Quality System, or other regulated industry.

Experience with SAP ECC and Delmia Apriso 2020, and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Education:

Technical Engineering degrees, such as Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineering or Computer Science

Day to Day:

Spending time working with local support Teams to get direction and assignments for reviewing/troubleshooting of Production/workorder issues.

Performing review/testing for data or code fixes in lower environments.
